At Future Leaders Early Learning Center Inc., safety starts before you even step inside. Each facility features a secure, locked entrance
with a keypad system. Families and staff can only enter using a unique, school-specific access code, which is regularly updated
for added security.
Classroom Oversight and Safety Management
At Future Leaders Early Learning Center Inc., safety is our top priority. We have security cameras installed in all classrooms, outdoor play areas, front entrances, and building exteriors. Additionally, each school follows a customized Emergency Preparedness Plan, which is regularly reviewed and updated to maintain the highest level of protection.
On-Site Safety Monitor
At Future Leaders Early Learning Center Inc., we recognize that safety goes beyond physical security. Each school has a dedicated safety monitor
on-site who oversees both the interior and exterior of the facility. Our safety monitors also manage fire and tornado drills, conduct daily
playground equipment checks, handle incident reports, ensure first aid supplies are stocked, and monitor food restrictions
to maintain a secure and well-prepared environment.
Expertly Trained and Certified Educators
At Future Leaders Early Learning Center Inc., all employees undergo thorough background checks before beginning their roles. Every
staff member is trained in first aid and CPR, and receives continuous health and safety training to ensure the
well-being of all children in our care.
Safe Sleep
At Future Leaders Early Learning Center Inc., we strictly follow safe sleep guidelines for all children. Infants are placed on their backs in cribs,
free from bumpers, blankets, pillows, or toys. Toddlers and older children nap on cots with blankets brought from home, following
age-appropriate sleep practices.
